In Germany we are located in Radolfzell at the Lake of Constance and in Bottrop/ Kirchhellen. We are searching for Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Radolfzell or remote. Position Summary The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Site HR Teams as well as line management in conducting sourcing activities to fill open positions for the Industrial Group. The main focus lies on active sourcing, screening and conducting first interviews as well as development of sourcing strategies to ensure that the company attracts and hires the best talents. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Develop search strategies to identify suitable professionals for all business areas Analyse and map relevant industries and company structures (market analyses) Direct approach of suitable candidates (e.g., by telephone or via Xing / LinkedIn) Networking and recommendation management Responsible for candidate screening and interviews to develop a short list Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Work closely with HR Teams on various sites Support improvement projects within talent acquisition Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics YOUR PROFILE BA in Economics, HR, Psychology or related field Min. 3 years’ experience in active sourcing in an international environment Excellent communication skills at all hierarchical levels Very good knowledge of different sourcing tools / active sourcing High IT affinity and self-motivated Creative thinker and proactive problem solver Good MS Office skills Fluent business English WE OFFER Good development opportunities, extensive trainings, flexible working hours and an attractive remuneration package including a company pension scheme.
