Our HR Technology Analyst EMEA is the first point of contact for many HR colleagues at Clariant and is responsible for Organizational Management, HR document automation and participates in HR IT related projects. Here in EMEA we support Global and regional headquarters, research and production facilities, shared service centers and commercial operations. What you will be doing: You will be responsible to advise on and ensure the maintenance of Organizational Management change requests globally in SuccessFactors. Actively participate on reorganization and restructuring projects in closed collaboration with our HR Partners and HR Consultants. You will support Performance Management requests within SuccessFactors. You will actively source candidates through networks such as LinkedIn and Xing You will be ensuring the highest level of data quality through specific established measures. You will ensure that lines of communication are kept wide open and everyone involved with your projects know the latest status, including hiring managers and human resources colleagues. You will take the responsibility in the role of ‘Designer’ for our document automation tool (ESCRIBA) You will be integral to ongoing HR improvement projects and programs. What we need: An experienced professional in Business Administration, HR or IT. You are familiar with HR Systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, and surrounding systems environment. You have a good knowledge on MS Excel, and other MS Office tools. You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) in both English and German and are able to juggle communication with a high number of stakeholders at once. You are service-oriented, an excellent networker and build relationships based on trust, which are backed up with results. You are familiar with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and you are able to provide 1st level support for HR IT requests. You are a creative problem solver, who takes evidence-based decisions.
